72 training sessions spread over 6 months. Full personalized training program, including strength exercise, enabling you to attempt your first marathon in just 6 months. 1 HOUR OPEN WATER SWIM TRAINING SESSION

Learn how to swim in open water and adapt to cold conditions.

COMPLETE 3 MONTHS FAT LOSS PROGRAM

The program include all you need to loose unwanted body fat. From body fat testing to fitness workouts to improve your wellness. The program will be tailored made for your needs. There are no drastic diets neither strenuous workouts, but training sessions appropriate for you.
